Zhiyun announced the MasterEye Visual Controller VC100 monitor-controller.
The latest MasterEye Visual Controller VC100 is highly functional and compatible. It is a monitor, a wireless video receiver and a remote control integrated into one device, an ergonomic handle with a silicone insert, a simple connection process, as well as automatic pairing with the transmitter — all these functions increase the efficiency of teamwork in filmmaking.
The MasterEye Visual Controller VC100 monitor controller has a pixel density of 400 dots per inch, has a contrast ratio of 1200:1 and a peak brightness of 1000 cd/m². Automatic adjustment of the screen brightness is available depending on the ambient light, and the brightness can also be adjusted manually.
The MasterEye Visual Controller VC100 monitor-controller supports Micro SD memory cards with a capacity of up to 128 GB with a write speed of 10 MB/s, or Class 10 and higher, as well as microSD cards with a rating of at least UHS-1.
The MasterEye Visual Controller VC100 monitor-controller allows you to record 1080p video backups and supports their subsequent playback. The controller is equipped with a 3.5mm headphone input for real-time audio monitoring when recording video with conversations and sound (this function is supported only when used with a 2.0 transmitter, the AI transmitter does not support this functionality).
The focus/zoom drives can be controlled from the monitor. It supports setting the sensitivity of focus control at three levels: low, medium and high.
A TransMount Focus/Zoom Control drive mounted on the stabilizer and a TransMount Video Transmission Transmitter are required.
It also supports controlling the camera position on the stabilizer using a motion sensor. The controller’s touch screen can be used to switch stabilizer modes and change shooting settings, according to a press release.

The MasterEye Visual Controller VC100 monitor controller supports the USB Power Delivery (PD) specification. The full charging time is 2 hours. And yet, on the back of the controller there is a connector for Sony NP-F batteries.
The MasterEye Visual Controller VC100 has already gone on sale at a price of €349,00.
