Diane Arbus (March 14, 1923 — July 26, 1971) — American photographer, representative of the New York school, one of the central figures in critical photography, connecting the irrational principles of the image and the rational understanding of reality. Despite her marginal aesthetic, Diane is considered one of the most influential photographers of the 20th century.
